Chocolate Cheerios

Since Jay didn't have to drive his school bus route today (they cancelled - imagine that!) I asked him to pour me a bowl of cereal since I was running behind. I made sure to remind him that I eat a lot of cheerios. I round the corner to the kitchen and found this!!!!

It's a MIXING bowl!! I started laughing - what a goober! Of course I couldn't waste all those cheerios so I ate them.

Nope...no...sorry...later...

Those are some of the answers I must give. So many people have been cruelly trying to trick me into giving them the name of our baby. So far (fingers crossed) we haven't slipped and let it out yet. :o) I still haven't purchased the vinyl lettering for above the crib yet either. Even if we did get it, we can't put it up - someone might sneak in just to learn the name!

Bullwinkle begging to go outside and play in the snow. How can I resist those eyes?

Obviously he won

President's Day

I get tomorrow off. Yay for holidays! Although it is kinda 'ruined' because I scheduled 2 OB visits for tomorrow. Starting this week I will have 2 appointments each week. Shoo!!! Seems a little overwhelming but they are just making sure she is okay. Can't wait to meet the little Irish gal.

Hmmm...

33 weeks

Yes, I got my hair permed. Jay loves it curly so I got it done while he was in Northern Ireland. I have been feeling fine. We went to a childbirth class yesterday and I learned a lot.

For you Dad!

Many of you don't know my dad. I have yet to meet a person who didn't like him. My friends in college enjoyed coming to our house to observe my dad's antics. For those of you who don't know him, you might not know that each of us kids has a nick name. Mine is...you ready for this...Hedgehog! I have heard it all my life. I am pretty sure that my own child will have a nickname but that remains to be seen. So from what I can tell, I am a little prickly rodent-type animal with small beedy eyes. Thanks Dad - I can feel my self-esteem fading into the sunset. I never knew what a hedgehog looked like until this week.

On another note, at least I am not called "Bell hog" as that refers to the item below. I never knew there was such a thing. I won't tell you which sister my dad refers to when he calls out "Bellehog" I prefer to keep this soon to be Aunt happy in case some day I need a babysitter. :)

Jay brought back these great wool sweaters from Dublin. I think the baby one is sooo cute!
