How nice to have a fenced back yard.
Congratulations on your new home! This is SO EXCITING! I'm glad everything finally fell into place for the 'deal' to go through.
yes - we are happy with the backyard and it is especially neat since the fence is 6 feet high instead of usual 4 feet.
Now to get the elecric, water, gas and carpet taken care of :)
