That's funny! After i saw how they turned out I was like...well...this would be fun to do and sell. A couple problems that i see with selling them. These stockings even on sale were expensive (in my opinion) and it took way more time to get the hoop fitted on the stocking than it did for the actual embroidery (silly i know!) Another problem i see is that since i am just starting out i only have black thread at this moment in time. Red and Green would be ultra popular of course and i don't think i would sell enough to justify the time and energy or the cost of the thread. so for this year, probably not, but maybe sometime...i guess i should stock up on stockings after the season is over for next year huh?
Good things to think about! If you ever decide to sell them, let me know! I'd definitely be interested. I know how expensive cute stockings and personalized items can be, but I've always wanted personalized stockings for us. Still looking... :-)
