I had this all cut out and ready to be put together for our little one. The green really isn't as dark as it shows in this picture. It is more of an light olive green. What appears almost creamy is actually yellow. Anyway, I decided (after encouragment from my mom) that I should go ahead and put it together. So that is what I did this afternoon.

The quilt is beautiful! I trully admire your ability! I tried to make a quilt years ago, and needless to say it didn't turn out very well! :(
I could definitely take some lessons from you. I would love to be able to create them as you do since I absolutely love quilts. They are my favorite bedspread and I love to decorate with them.
maybe i shouldn't ask this question, but what were you thinking and feeling as you pieced this together?
and by the way, you have a wise mom, but i'm sure you already knew that.
