Another weekend!

So this might not look that great to you, but it's one of my favorite snacks. Warm homemade peanutbutter syrup poured over popcorn. Warm, gooey and sooo yummy! Very easy to make.

A great evening at the Taft Theater in Cincinnati. My aunt, uncle and cousins sang with Larnelle Harris. I really like Larnelle. He puts everything into his singing.

I was so bummed that we couldn't go to the concert (we were out of town). That PB popcorn does look wonderful!! Are you gonna share the recipe? :-)

Brenda...since you asked

1 cup karo light corn syrup
1 cup sugar

Mix together and bring to boil. Boil for 2 mins. Add 1 cup peanutbutter. Stir in - continue with heat until syrup like. Remove from heat. Pour over popcorn. Eat while warm and gooey. Once it cools it becomes hard and nearly unedible.
